AGM Nominations & Motions - Vote Online

Due to time constraints, your nomination for the positions of Chair, Hon Secretary and Hon Treasurer and your vote on AGM motions will only be  accepted via an online poll, which is accessible by clicking on the image below. The poll will close at 09:00 on the day of the AGM and positions will be formally seconded and elected at the AGM.

No additional motions will be accepted at this point.  Should a member wish to table a new motion at the AGM under AOB, it will not be voted on until either the next AGM or, if deemed appropriate by the IVTTS committee, at an EGM.
